I currently work with the following insurance plans:

• TRICARE Select and Tricare Prime

• Health First Colorado (Medicaid)

• Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)

• Colorado Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (varies by plan)

• Kaiser Permanente (varies by plan)

• UnitedHealthcare (varies by plan)

I also accept payment through select employer-sponsored maternity and family-building benefit programs. Feel free to reach out to see if yours applies.

For qualifying families, doula services may be fully covered. Coverage varies by insurance plan and employer benefit program.

How Insurance Coverage Works

Coverage varies depending on your plan, but many families are able to receive doula support at little to no cost.

In most cases:

• I will guide you through the process

• We confirm your eligibility

• Services are billed according to your plan

Every situation is a little different, so I recommend reaching out to discuss your specific coverage.

Additional Payment Options

If you have a different insurance plan that covers doula support, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement. Doula services may also be eligible for:

• Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

• Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
