Even in a world with so much uncertainty, there is always something to be grateful for. Taking the time to write a few sentences in a gratitude journal or just being silent and thinking of the things you are thankful for can be incredibly beneficial. Studies have shown that gratitude improves both physical and psychological health. It also improves self-esteem, helps with sleep, and enhances empathy. 💜⁣

Today, I made this beautiful Gratitude roller and have been applying it over my heart.⁣
