I really thought I had got to a point where feeling anxious was in the past. Itโ€™s why I donโ€™t drink caffeine, exercise daily, take the best supplements, and eat as healthy as possible. But there are some things in life that I canโ€™t control. The past week has been extra hard. More than once, I have held my son in my arms as he cried asking why does he have to wear a mask to school, why canโ€™t he see his buddies in the other classes, why canโ€™t he talk to his friend across the room while he eats lunch, why canโ€™t they do anything fun. ๐Ÿ˜ข Weโ€™ve had conversations about things I never imagined having. My heart breaks for him. And for all the kids going through this right now. For all the parents. For all the teachers. The world feels so heavy right now and itโ€™s really making me feel anxious and overwhelmed.โฃ
