I really thought I had got to a point where feeling anxious was in the past. Itโs why I donโt drink caffeine, exercise daily, take the best supplements, and eat as healthy as possible. But there are some things in life that I canโt control. The past week has been extra hard. My heart breaks for him. And for all the kids going through this right now. For all the parents. For all the teachers.
