Wake Up Momma - Roller Blend DIY Recipe

Raise your hand if you are struggling getting up in the morning.🙋🏻‍♀️ I have never been a morning person and the last couple weeks it’s been getting harder and harder to get out of bed. Teaching 4 kids all day while also working from home is not easy. I miss my “quiet time”. My time to think and work on self-care. It seems like the only way to get this time is after everyone is in bed which seems to get later and later. 😬 And the extra morning cuddles from my kids are sweet, but don’t help either. So today, I pulled out one of my oil reference books and made a rollerblend to try. Wish me luck to break this habit.

Wake-Up Momma Rollerball Blend
💧 10 drops Eucalyptus
💧 10 drops Rosemary
💧 5 drops Grapefruit
💧 5 drops Peppermint
👉 Add to a 10ml roller and fill to the top with a carrier oil of your choice.
👉 Apply to the back of the neck, wrists, temples, and back of ears.
