Daily Essential Oil Protocols for Pregnancy

While essential oils can be very beneficial during pregnancy, it can be a little overwhelming knowing which ones to use at which time. Below, I share some of my favorite essential oils along with daily protocols.

 

Morning Pregnancy Protocol

Here's a nurturing daily ritual with essential oils that can help both physically and emotionally during pregnancy:

  • Start your day by placing 1-2 drops of doTERRA Balance on the soles of your feet. Keep it right by your bedside, along with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Add a little coconut oil for dilution, mix it with Balance, and rub your palms together. Inhale deeply three times, allowing yourself to relax. Massage the soles of your feet, and you're ready to take on the day.

  • Hydration is key! Add a drop of Lemon essential oil to your water in a stainless-steel bottle or glass. It's a refreshing way to kickstart your morning.

  • Are you feeling fatigued? Especially during the first trimester? Keep doTERRA Peppermint handy. Take a drop, rub it between your hands, inhale deeply three times, and enjoy a gentle neck and belly massage.

These simple steps can add an extra dose of positivity and vitality to your mornings.

Afternoon Pregnancy Protocol

During pregnancy, we all have those moments when we could use an extra energy kick, right? Here's some tips to try!
