Have you BOGO’d with dōTERRA before? If not I want to make sure that you don’t miss out because these deals move FAST, so let me give you all the details and answer a few questions you may have:
“What even is a “BOGO”?
✅ Buy one, get one FREE!🎉 Generally this is like a “buy an On Guard, get a Breathe for free” kind of deal, so you get two totally different oils with each BOGO. Each BOGO is announced at 12pm MST, you can order up to 5 per account and that deal of the day is only good for 24 hours.
“Do I have to purchase each BOGO each day or can I bundle them and save on shipping?”
✅ Great question! dōTERRA just announced that we can order the BOGO box which has every single BOGO for all 5 days in it already, this will be released on Tuesday Nov 16th and you can get 3 per account. This box is $197 wholesale, or $262.67 retail, with a MASSIVE SAVINGS of $191 wholesale or $256 retail! 😍
Caveat….I don’t know what the FREE oils are going to be until they are announced, but if you want all the “purchased” oils anyways the freebies are an added BONUS!
“Do these sell-out or do I have all day to order?”
✅ These deals are HIGH demand, that is why dōTERRA has to put limits on them so they absolutely can sell out. I would grab yours first thing in the morning to make sure you are not missing out!
“Should I order through my Loyalty Rewards or a Standard order?”

“What if I want to order additional BOGOs?”

“When are the BOGOs released each day?”

“I have points burning a hole in my pocket, can I use them for BOGOs?”

Existing Customers
Simply log in at www.doterra.com with your ID# and password. Click 'shop', and then add the BOGO oil to your cart. For example, add Serenity to your cart, and Balance will automatically be added to your cart.
To earn points back on your order as well as full shipping back in points, it is best to order through the Loyalty Rewards Program. Just be sure to process your order right away. You can then use the earned points for free products on future orders!

Will BOGOs last all week?
This November, BOGOs will happen November 16–20, 2021
Can I save a BOGO to process with a scheduled loyalty order?
No. BOGOs don’t save to Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) templates. If you save the BOGO to your scheduled loyalty order to process later, the free item won’t be included in that order. Your loyalty order must process on the day of the BOGO to receive the free item.
Can I use points to participate in BOGOs?
No. Points cannot be used for BOGO promotions.
How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.
I missed the BOGO. Can I get an exception?
No. These special offers are available for the specified time period only.
Which markets are eligible to participate in BOGOs?
Unless otherwise advertised, BOGOs are available to US, Canada, GAC, and all participating NFR markets. International markets participate in separate promotions. Check with your specific market for details.
Do BOGOs qualify to earn Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) and Shipping Reward Program (SRP) points?
Normal rules apply. To receive LRP points, loyalty orders must be 50 PV or more. Free items don’t contribute to PV. Orders qualify for SRP points based on normal qualifications.
My credit card is being declined. What should I do?

How long is the BOGO Box available?
The BOGO Box is available starting July 19 while supplies last.
What comes in the BOGO Box?
The BOGO Box includes all the BOGO items of the week, Tuesday through Saturday. It also includes a special gift for you: Tea Tree essential oil!
Can I enroll with the BOGO Box?
Yes! For new enrollees, membership is our gift to you when you purchase the BOGO Box!
Is there a limit?
There’s a limit of three BOGO Boxes per account.
What if it’s sold out?
If the BOGO Box is sold out, you can still participate in BOGOs each day, but you won’t be able to ship everything at once.
Why does doTERRA offer the BOGO Box?
For customers who participate in the BOGO promotions multiple times during the week, buying the BOGO Box removes the need for several shipments. This reduces the overall cost to the customer and decreases the packaging needed for shipping each day.
Do I still get my full PV points? How many?
You get the PV amount for each essential oil you buy (more information about this is available on the regular FAQ). This box has a total PV of 166.
Is the BOGO Box going to be available in the US, Canada, GAC, and NFR?
Unless otherwise advertised, BOGOs are available to US, Canada, GAC, and all participating NFR markets. International markets participate in separate promotions. Check with your specific market for details
Purchasing on a Standard Order
Sign in to your back office and select the “Shop” tab.
Select the appropriate category for the special that day. For example, if the BOGO is “buy Grapefruit, get Lemongrass for free,” you would select “Single Oils,” search for Grapefruit, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you have finished shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout.” The free Lemongrass will automatically be added to your cart.
Standard orders will not receive LRP points; however, standard order Shipping Reward Program points still apply.
Purchasing on a Loyalty Rewards Order
Sign in to doterra.com and click on your LRP template.
Go to the “Quick Add to Cart” bar and search for the special that day. For example, if the BOGO is “buy Grapefruit, get Lemongrass for free,” search for Grapefruit and select it when it pops up in the dropdown menu.
You no longer need to add an additional item for your LRP order to process, but if you wish to earn LRP points, then your order must reach at least 50 PV. (This is necessary in order for us to continue offering these amazing deals.)
Once you’ve finished shopping, click “Process Now,” and then continue to the Review Order page. The free Lemongrass will automatically be added to your cart.
Select “Process Order Now.”
Make sure you adjust your template after for future processing.
