My Green Morning Ritual

How have your daily habits changed over the last few weeks?

Most of mine have changed quite a bit or even completely stopped. But one thing I have continued to do is have celery juice every morning. 😋 I had my first glass of celery juice two years ago and loved it so much that I won’t go a day without it!

Celery juice is one of the most alkaline foods you can eat and it’s highly nutritious. It’s enzyme-rich and full of essential minerals and vitamins. Celery juice is electrolyte-enhancing, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory. It supports the liver, immune system, digestive tract and can help balance blood sugar.
Personally, I feel like it has helped my digestion, given me more energy, helped clear up my skin, and was a game-changer when I first started dealing with anxious feelings. I truly believe everyone can benefit from it.
