Ginger is a favorite for cooking as well as a digestive aid and for helping to ease occasional indigestion and nausea. But I love it for another reason! 👇 Emotionally, Ginger is known as the 𝐎𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. How cool is that?!
Ginger powerfully persuades individuals to be fully present and participate in life. It teaches that to be successful in life, one must be wholly committed to it. Ginger is great to use when a person feels powerless, like a victim, unwilling to take responsibility, defeated, and is blaming others. It can be used to help feel more empowered, committed, capable, purposeful and accountable.
To use, inhale from the bottle, add to a diffuser, apply over the solar plexus (upper stomach), or take 1-2 drops internally.
